We don't take a penny off our artists until they’re actually in a paid job. We take a 20% commission from every non-equity jobs you do, Film, commercial, music videos, roleplay etc and 25% for every equity jobs you do, TV commercials. And we take between 12%-15% commission for all theatre/stage jobs you do.

Please note, you will need photos, showreel or a self-tape to be considered for representation.
1. Are you available to travel to auditions/jobs during the day, sometimes at short notice?
2. Semper Fidelis receive queries from clients from all over England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. However, you must live within an easy travelling distance from your closest largest city, or be prepared to travel. We take a commission but only when we find you work. Fees are negotiated between the agency & client, with accommodation provided where necessary.
3. Our books are open to children, teens and adults from the age of 5-65, throughout the UK and International
We do not require expensive portfolios; you can upload your images, but please read the image guidelines below carefully. Semper Fidelis is proud to welcome models and actors with disabilities.
This is a fast-paced industry and castings can sometimes have only 24 hours’ notice and we need to be able to contact you and receive quick responses. PLEASE bear this in mind before you apply. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE CASTINGS/AUDITIONS ARE NOT PAID AND YOU WILL NEED TO TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
Professional images are not required to apply but please follow these simple guidelines:
Please upload about 4 good quality photos.
The images should be taken using plain white backgrounds
Ideally, there should be close-up, head and shoulders and full-length shot
Attach the best close up photos first on your application form
No hats or props
Photos must be taken at eye level
Keep camera angles upright and straight
Colour photos mainly with a couple of black/white photos.
Eyes open (no sleeping babies, as cute as they are!)
Eyes looking at the camera
No dummies or thumbs in the mouth (Children)
Clean face, no food or dribble (Children)
No other people in photo,
No red eye photos accepted
Photos taken of another photo or a computer screen are not accepted, due to poor quality
No heavy makeup
No fancy dress
Keep hair and hands away from eyes and face
IF PHOTO GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED IT MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF APPLICATION- THESE PHOTOS ARE IMPORTANT AS IT IS WHAT WILL BE SENT TO CASTING DIRECTORS.
A showreel/self-tape is also recommended as casting directors can see what you can do and what characters you can play. The self-tape is used, to saves time and money travelling to auditions.
