The concept is simple; you can apply online and upload your photographs and a self-tape (recommended).
You will need to send in three colour photos and a couple of black and white photos; they do not need to be professional unless you prefer professional photos.
Natural photos work best and do make sure they are clear and in focus and that some images show their face and feature clearly.
The agency will decide whether they use those images.
Depending on your age you will need to update the photographs if there is a significant change in them.
Once an application is received, we will review it within 7-10 days. If you are accepted, they will be placed on our books. Hopefully, lots of bookings will be coming your way!

Do Semper Fidelis model and talent agency accept all applicants?
No. We decline many applications to ensure we only have the right artists on our books. Our books close when we do not have availability; they open when we do. We are starting to get a lot of clients, so need a healthy portfolio of artists to offer for work. However, we must ensure we only take on those we feel will have a look that we feel will appeal to our client base and that we strongly feel will be an asset to our agency portfolio. This ensures that we have only the best artists on our books to offer our clients.
We receive about 10-20 applications daily. We will try our best to secure work for our models and actors, so it would prove impossible for a Booker to invite everyone in to meet them and carry out their regular agency duties. As we do not charge a fee to join the agency, the agency will decline most applicants due to space on our books. Our philosophy is only to accept an applicant whom we feel would make a fantastic addition to our agency portfolio. We do offer a service to an applicant when we are willing to try them out on our books. We only take a commission when we find work for our models and actors.

The amount of work, an artist, is booked for would depend on many factors. It is important to understand it is the client and not the agency that chooses the model/actor for their campaigns. No agency can guarantee work, and any who do should be avoided.
Some artists are regularly booked, some occasionally, while others may not be so lucky. We match an artist profile to the brief. We also ensure professional, ethical representation at all times.

What about school? (This applies to child only)
Most auditions are between 4-7 pm for school-age children and during the day for those younger. Assignments will mostly be during the day so time out of school may be necessary. It is a professional working industry and our client's shoot times reflect that. Most of these bookings come in with very short notice, usually the next day. Being available to attend will obviously increase an artist's chances of success with us.
We would love it if you can make every audition but we do realise that you have work and other commitments of your own. We asked that you inform us of holiday dates or any unavailability dates.
The agency needs the parent/clients to get school permission for shoots held during school hours.
Most schools are aware of how the industry is, and a performer’s licence is obtained from your local education department which works with your school. It is the parent and clients responsibility to contact their education department to get school permission and to obtain a performer's licence.
